Spring Reading Thing 2008

I have several books I didn't finish in the Fall Reading Challenge, so those will appear again! But I'm also adding a few new ones, so I'll start with them.

Faith Club, which I'll be reading with a new group of Christian women in the area. I am looking forward to this - sounds very interesting and got some rave reviews!

74 Seaside Ave - the latest in the Cedar Cove series, and the only one I haven't read!

Character Makeover. I read about this in Today's Christian Woman magazine and ran out to get it. So far, it is very interesting - it definitely makes you reflect on your attitudes and behaviors.

Nice Girls Don't Change the World

Three Cups of Tea

Eat, Pray, Love, because everybody's reading it!

Home to Holly Springs

3:16

Holy Discontent

The Kite Runner

An ambitious list, methinks, but I have some travel coming up. I always get a lot of reading done on planes!

If you have any suggestions of must-reads, send them my way!

I've been thinking about picking up three cups of tea. I'll have to check back to see how you liked it.

Eat, Pray, Love...wasn't my thing. But I am just waiting for the right time to read the Kite Runner!

Happy Reading!

Your list looks great, Tricia! I really liked The Kite Runner. And I saw Character Makeover at the bookstore -- it looks like it has some really good stuff in it. Thanks for being part of SRT '08!

I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on Three Cups of Tea. I couldn't finish it, myself. But I also liked Time Traveller's Wife.
